Hello,
This is Dr. Klarida Papaqako answering your question.

Co-codamol contains a combination of two painkilling ingredients called paracetamol and codeine. It is used to stop pain. Neither of the two medicines that co-codamol contains cause such symptoms.

If you have risks for heart problems like being in an age above 55 years old, family history of deaths from heart problems, smoking, diabetes, hypertension or other problems, please consider going to the ER, so the doctors can rule out that the pain is not from heart origin.

If you are less then 25 years old, no risk factors mentioned above, and have a history of stress recently and worrisome for your health, then its maybe its just anxiety and will pass soon.

Take care.
