LDL level will comes under high risk category.at this level you need medication.
once your cholesterol level comes to normal you follow the below advise to avoid increase in cholesterol.
As your BMI says your
obese.
proper
diet plan and physical exercise is needed.
Be hydrated.4- 5 litres of water.
Add more fiber foods like leafy vegetables and fruits.
Add more millets in your daily food stuffs. add barley,lentils etc.
Avoid fried,junk,fatty foods.
restrict your quantity and poor quality of fats you eat .
use oils(unsaturated -like olive oil,sesame oil,
corn oil) in small amounts, avoid frying.
don't use used oils for further cooking process.
do Brisk walk for 30 minutes morning and evening.
