Hi,

Kielbasa is a spicy sausage from Poland... a bit of it must have entered her airways... & coughing is a normal body reflex to expel it out... still, a prolonged coughing in a child must be taken care of (to avoid the risk of infection)

-Give the baby warm water to drink sip by sip frequently... add a bit of sugar to it in case she is weak. No solid foods till a cough stops.
- Let her sleep on an incline
- Use of humidifier is needed if air is dry...
- Consult a gastroenterologist... in case of no brief in few more hours.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
