Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I would like to know what were the findings on regular semen analysis and more specifically what was the amount of pus cells in semen analysis. Pyospermia is among the main causes for poor sperm motility.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
