Can Burning Sensation While Peeing, Fever And Sore Throat Indicate An STD?

Hi Doctor. I had unprotected sex with my girlfriend a week ago (i ve only had sexual relationships with her for almost 4 years), and 2 days ago, i found out i had these: - mildly burning sensation while peeing - light fever for a day - sore throat that has been ongoing - A single pimple-like bum on the shaft, i did not pop it, but it is now a scab - I checked my urine. It is light colored and foamy, but it does not smell foul It is important to note that before this happened, I slept without clothes once, and i have not shaved my pubic hair . What could this mean? STD, or just an infection?

You had relationship with your girl friend for the past 4 years. Are you sure that she has a monogamous relationship only with you?
Fever, sore throat can occur to anybody without STD/HIV also. They are very common problems. Burning sensation during peeing and pimple on the shaft of penis could be either due to STD or non STD causes. Foul smell is not a characteristic for all STD causes. Only the investigations (blood and urine) can reveal the cause.
Sleeping without clothes and shaving the pubic hair do not increase the risk of STD.
