Can Breathing Problem Cause Numbness In Limbs?

Hi sir, Iam Prasanna. My problems are below Inflammation in throat Pain in both ears (more in right side) Trouble breathing through nose (right nostril) Light headedness, dizziness, numbness behind upper neck region Strained eyes, feel like closing my eyes very often - I recently have been feeling more trouble in breathing. Does breathing difficuly cause numbness in limbs? please help me with these queries. Thank you in advance for reading my problems and answering them.

It could be a peripheral neuropathy.
