Can Bone Spur On Ribs Cause Stabbing Pain?

My husband has been experiencing sharp stabbing pains in upper left back under rib cage. Had xray and has a bone spur on his rib. could this be causing his pain. Been going on for several weeks. Had ct blood work. no one seems to know what is going on with him

I really appreciate your concern, in my opinion if the EKG is not being done then better to get this done till then Tab Omeprazole 40 mg and Domperidone 30 mg once in day can be used, avoid spicy food, smoking, alcohol, analgesic can be taken for pain hope this information helps.
