Hello

Bleeding may be related to fibroid in uterus but uterus removal is not the only option. It is also important due to the fact that you are not married.

Fibroid is a benign tumour of uterus.
Treatment of fibroid depend upon many things like age, complications of fibroid, family status etc.
Its treatment include both conservative and surgical.
Firstly, you should be tried by medical management.Hormone therapy is beneficial to some patients.
Even if surgery is required, myomectomy(only fibroid is removed keeping uterus intact) can be done.

You should consult your gynecologist for further management.

Get well soon.
