Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi... Patients with angina can have shortness of breath on exertion associated with chest pain.
If you have shortness of breath associated with wheeze, cough and seasonal variation its likely to be bronchial asthma. So I would recommend,
1. Get spirometry done.
2. meet a physician and have thorough review of symptoms
3.if you are told to have asthma it is better to discontinue bisoprolol which is a beta blocker that can constrict airways in Bronchial asthma patient.
