Can Bipolar Disorder And Depression Be Treated Without Medications?

I have been dx w/ bipolar &hospitalized 3x for major depression, suicidal. Placed on disability several yrs ago. Have been doing well for 8yrs without meds or psychiatrist. Working productively. Possible to have over come disability or just lucky?? YYYY@YYYY

Regarding your diagnosed condition of bipolar disorder with major depressive psychosis I am suggesting the luck you had for being free from this illness is adequate consistent with you medical treatment and this will be nearby impossible without medication

In view of being free from the symptoms of the above disorder I will advise you keep regular appointments with her psychiatric specialist for further clinical assessment and updated drug treatment
