Hello,
Your blood workout shows slightly elevated LDL level. It may be indicative of developing coronary
artery disease, CAD. You are suggested to maintain healthy weight, do regular exercises and walking (both in the morning and evening). To control your LDL level, eliminate
trans fat from your diet, avoid Reduce red meat and full-fat dairy products, take foods rich in
omega-3 fatty acids, high fiber diet, whole grain, beans, legumes, nuts, etc.
Since you have low MCH, start taking iron in your diet and take supplements also, get more vitamin B6, B12 in your diet. Low MCH is the reason for low HB%. Get treated for MCH. To treat high RDW, dietary changes do help, get connected to a nutritionist. Get clinically examined by a GP, get all required tests done so that any blood disorder can be detected and treatment started at the earliest. Stay away from
stress and
anxiety. Avoid addictions if any. Take quality sleep at night.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Nupur K., General & Family Physician
