hello sir my mother is suffering from arthritics problem,now a days she is able to stand ,and her lower back portion [Hips]is also getting stuff.so in xray we foung that she is sufferuing from slite slip disk problem,thats why she is not able to move .plzz give us advice that without any operatiopn /surgery can she come out from this problem

hello

first for normal walk Spine-hip-knee...all this structures must be normal.

as your are telling your mother has back and hip joint problems

you should go with low dose anti inflammatory drugs it will be helpful

calcium supplements and vit d supplements also strengthen your bone

most important is physiotherapy after pain relived

for back and abdominal muscle strengthening exercise
and abductor/adductor and hamstring muscle exercise

all things will help for sure..
