appearance= slightly hazy

Your routine urine examination only shows slightly hazy appearance.It may be due to many reasons like urinary tract infection,proteinuria etc.
You need microscopic examination of urine to see for pus cells,bacteria,epithelial cells,stones etc.
Further investigations can be done if needed.
Rest of the mentioned findings are normal.
