Motility is low.Normally it should be at least 55 %.Your findings suggests overall 40 % motility,so it is low.
Sperm count is normal.Normally it should be at least 20 millions/ml.
There are excess pus cells in semen. You may need investigations like routine hemogram,random blood sugar,semen culture and sensitivity,ultrasound of scrotum. You may need to take antibiotics.
Other findings like colour,volume,pH are normal.
Fertility and sperm motility are expected to increase with control of infection. If findings persists then you may need assisted fertilization technique. Avoid alcohol and cigarettes if you take these things.
