Can Any Online Doctor Help Me With The 2D ECHO Results?

hi,my dad underwent with angioplasty in month of march this year.now just as aregular check up and follow up we did TMT my dad was found positive for exercise induce ischemia for moderate work load.we also did 2D ECHO in whch LV SYSTOLIC FNCTION was 55% and flow across valve:trivial mitral and tricuspid regurgitation was found,what is your opinion on this???and in angioplasty they had put two stent plus did ballonning in one area.

I reviewed your query. TMT is positive for induced ischemic means when ever father works for for a longer time blood flow to the cardiac muscles decreases.

Usually this needs to be further investigated. Angioplasty is needed some times or bypass surgery

Secondly election fraction and Valvular abnormalities are common in elderly patients with hypertension. Election fraction should be normally above 60. If it is decreased then it is advised to drink less water. But to start positive ionotropic drugs is left to treating doctor
