hi dr this is my wife s urine test wat does it mean pls? colour yellow..appearance slightly turbid..reaction acidic... specific gravity 1.014 glucose. protien/ ketone bodies .nill urobilinogen is normal blood is present pus cells 20-25/hps rbc 10-15/hpsepithelial cells 10-15/hps

Thanks for your query Based on the report of urine analysis that you have posted I would like to s state that you have Acute UTI and need to consult qualified urologist for clinical evaluation .

Please get your culture done to find out the organisms causing this infection and antibiotics to which they are sensitive to,

In the mean while take broad spectrum antibiotics like Cefotaxime along with Urinary antiseptics like Nitrofurantoin twice daily.

Ensure to driink more water to keep your urine dilute .

Get the prescription of medicines from your family Physician.
