What does all this mean? On transabdominal ultrasound, the uterus is anteverted in positionmeasuring 8.1 x 3.9 x 4.9 cm. The endometrium is not well seentransabdominally but measures approximately 8 mm in thickness. Theright ovary measures 3.2 cm in greatest dimension. The left ovary isnot seen transabdominally due to overlying bowel gas. The bladder issonographically unremarkable.Endovaginal ultrasound was performed for further anatomic detail. Theuterine myometrium is heterogeneous in echotexture without focal massvisualized. The endometrium is better seen and measures at 3 mm inthickness. The right ovary measures 2.2 x 1.0 x 1.9 cm and isunremarkable in appearance. The left ovary measures 1.9 x 0.9 x 2.2cm and is also unremarkable. There is normal Doppler flow to bothovaries. No free fluid identified. Impression IMPRESSION:Heterogeneous uterine myometrium. This may be related to multipleleiomyomas or possibly adenomyosis.

According to reports your uterus is heterogeneous in echo texture,it may be due to multiple fibroids or adenomyosis,though no definite mass is seen.
Endometrial thickness is 3 mm which is normal.
Both ovaries appears normal. Colour flow is normal.
No free fluid noted.
