Your HSG report appears to be normal. Both the tubes are patent. Minimal adhesions are there on fimbrial end of fallopian tube which may not cause problem in getting pregnant. Diagnostic laparoscopy with chromopertubation is gold standard for testing tubal patency. Keep trying . Take care.
