Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
My son is 40 years old. He has had hpb for years and has just found out that he has an extremely fast heart rate. He had previously thought that he was having anxiety attack when his heart started racing. He was given medication for this, but then had to change doctors because of his insurance. The first doctor will not refill the prescription. The new doctor had to get his medical records from the first doctor, which took a couple of weeks, and then wanted to do a nuclear stress test and echocardiogram. In the meantime, he would not give medication until he got the test results. I saw my son a couple of weeks ago and noticed that his skin color is gray and pasty looking. Is this a symptom of his heart problem?
