Can Angular Cheilitis And A Swollen Lymph Node Have Any Connection?
I have had Angular Cheilitis for a few months now, I did research and tried to cure it using an anti fungal cream. The cream helped some, but never fully got rid of it. It has started to flare up agian, and I also noticed a few weeks ago that I have a swollen lymph node on the right side of my neck. Could these be in collation with each other?

Any inflammatory process or infection will make the concerned draining lymph node involved. Inflammatorey fluids drained in the node make it enlarged. Since you have chiliosis, which ian inflammatory condition, since it is present for a long time, there is a possibility of getting infected. So concerned lymph node is bound to be enlarged and also can be painful. Thanks.
