Can An Online Doctor Advise If My Seminogram Report Is Normal ?
My Seminogram report is as follows. Please tell me whether it is normal or there is some problem. Thanks. Volume - 2.5ml, Liquefaction - 30 min, Appearance - Viscid Opaque, Color - Whitish, Viscosity - Thick, pH - 7.8. Sperm Conc - 60 million / ml Percentage Motility - 50% 10% Fast Progressive, 20% Slow progressive, 20% Local Motile, 50% Immotile Pus Cells - 16-17 Morphology - 100% Semen Fructose , Semi Quantitative - 100mg / dL Other Comments - Less Active Motile with evidence of infection

The report shows volume, liquefaction time, appearance, color, viscosity,pH, all are within normal limit.
Now the sperm count is within normal limit ( normal is >20 million/ml as per WHO 1999).
Motility of the sperm is lower than accepted limit ( normally fast progressive+slow progressive should be more than 50%).
Pus cells are more than normal.Morphology of the sperm and fructose level are within normal limit.
So, your report is not normal .
You are suffering from lower urinary tract infection.
Consult with your treating doctor.

Dear sgo63361, otherwise you semen report is ok but a small problem is low motility called asthenozoospermia. lot of medicine has come your doc. will some investigation will give treatment you can add carrots beet. tomato in your diet to improve motility profile
