Internal Medicine Specialist 's  Response
Hi,

If I were your treating physician, I would suggest to take as and when needed. But excessive intake of such medicines would lead to certain problems as the age is 90 years.

I suggest my patient to be under supervision and follow up when ever there is increase in symptoms are development of any other symptoms like difficulty urination or difficulty in seeing.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Muhammad Azhar Hussain,
