Dear Dhruv, Hi & Welcome.

Based on the given blood test report, you seem to have developed some sort of liver injury caused by the anti-epileptic medication Epilex.

Loss of appetite, nausea, vomiting, weight gain, yellowish discoloration of skin and mucosa and abnormal liver function tests like SGPT/ALT are the common side effects of Epilex.

For the prevention of further damage I would advice you to continue Udiliv or L Carnitidine tablets and continue taking Epilex.

However, if you develop the side effects as mentioned above then you should stop taking Epilex and consult your treating doctor for an alternate effective but a safer drug to control your fits/seizures.

Hope this will help.
