Can Allergy Pills Cause Red Dots On Lower Part?

I have tiny pinhead red dots on my lower on since i woke up. They have been there for about 4 hours now. Ive tried putting lotion on them and they still havent gone away. Ive recently started taking allergy pills (alleryg clear) and ibruprofen. Im only 15 so aging is out of the question

It can cause it especially if on overdose. Consult your dermatologist/ allerge specialist. For that matter any drug can cause any side effect.
