Can Alcohol Intake Cause Any Effect In ETG Test?

Hello.. I have to take an Etg test Tuesday around 6pm.. I had 1 1/2 beers yesterday (Saturday) finishing them around 8pm.. Do you think I will fail the test? It is not for probation, however a voluntary I am wanting to take to have submitted in court for a child custody case that I am involved in with my ex! Any information helping me in this matter is appreciated! thank you, Lisa

Hello there Lisa,
An etg test normally detects alcohol for upto 72-80 hours after detection so from 8 PM on saturday to Tuesday 6 pm is about 70 hours. It kind of is on the edge but since beer is a light variant of alcohol you will pass the test . This of course ranges from panel to panel but you seem to be safe.
