Can Alcohol Addiction Cause Irregular Periods And Weight Gain?

Hi,
Im a 36yr old mother of 2 girls (4yr and 6yr). Just over 2 years ago I was put onto anti anxiety and depression medication (paroxetine 40mg + quetiapine 100mg per day) as well as sleeping pills (tamazapam 40mg per night), for reasons that go back to when I was about 8.
About 4 months after that my father committed suicide and i started self medicating with alcohol on top of the medications. The alcohol intake has increased over time and currently I drink anywhere from 2 - 3 bottles of wine a night. I dont have a hangover in the morning, but I have put on a large amount of weight (Im 1.65cm and 101kg - I was 74kg after my second child, who was delivered via c-section).
My concern now is I have missed my period for the last 3 months and my stomach is so bloated and sore, just under the breasts, I look like I am 9 months pregnant. Im not thou, my husband has had a vasectomy and I've done 3 tests just in case.
I do have a very high stress life with running our own business during a recession as well as legal issues left by my father after his suicide.
Please could you give me an idea of whats going on as no matter how much water I drink the bloating doesnt go away.
Thanks
