Hello and welcome to healthcaremagic

Anti tuberculosis treatment, specially Isoniazid is a very common cause of acneform drug eruption. It is very much treatable by traditional antiacne medicines.

I usually ask my patients to use a topical antiacne gel e.g benzoyl peroxide 2.5% gel, twice daily.

An oral antibacterial e.g either doxycycline OR azithromycin cam also be started depending on the severity of acneform lesions.

regards
