Can A Traumatic Birth Cause Mental Disorder In A Child?

can a traumatic birth cause mental disorders and events? from anxiety, depression, bulimia, panic attacks. Can It also cause lower movements in the Childs common skills progressing as in holding a pencil (couldn t as a 10 year old) and walking in a straight line? Even if the child is very smart and above their classmates?
