Can A Tendon Damage Cause Pain In Arm And Shoulder?

I was rear ended in a car wreck in January. so far I have been told I have bulging disc, a damaged muscle in my shoulder, ulna nerve pain and today a doc told me a mri showed tendon damage. he put a shot in my shoulder. I have arm and hand pain, pain under my shoulder blade, and shoulder pain from my neck running over my shoulder. can a tendon cause all this pain? the shot helped some.

HI
Thank for asking to HCM
The injury to the tendon of shoulder would be likely, tendon does not get repaired it self, If I would be your doctor then I would concentrate on your abduction, (Movement ) of your arm if the movement is okay then I would control the pain with some potent analgesic, if the movement is very limited then I would ask for orthopedic opinion and in such cases the surgery is the only way, you can discuss it with your doctor have nice day.
