Hello doctor welcome to HealthcareMagic
Regarding request for a child diagnosed with TB lymph node and on medication and is about to travel I am suggesting strongly that he is very free to travel with the medication provided the child is not coughing which will really enhance spread

In view of this the child will be followed up by an infectious hospital at her new country

I hope this helps Regards
