Can A Stent Procedure Be Done An Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm?

Patient suffering from Abdominal Aortic annurysum AAA Bubble length 4.9cm
Weak heart, lung functionality weak due to heavy smoking
One kidney not functioning
Doctor decide for stent graft procedure then prepares everything for graft then atlast moment informs that stent procedure can not be performed due to some U shape with pinch just below the renal branch

If there is surgical problem regarding pinch, it may not be possible for stent, but I think Image Intensifier guided coiling procedure may be possible in that scenerio.
