Can A Slow Heart Rate Cause Headache?

Can a slow heart rate cause a headache? My heart rate is usually around 60 bpm during the day but by evening can drop to 50. I always have a headache all night & wake up with one. It used to go away during the day but now continues 24/7. Aspirin makes no difference.

I do not think slow heart beat can cause headache. First possibility of continuous headache which i often see is tension headache. You can get better by taking naproxen and tryptomer. Pls Visit a pain physician or neurologist for clinical diagnosis and advice regarding life style changes and drug prescription.
