Can A Shoulder Arthrodesis Be Reversed With Reverse Reconstruction?
Can a shoulder arthrodesis be reversed with reverse reconstruction? Pain is constant at 8-9/10, and only 10-14% rotation has been found to be able to be done. I have two plates and seven screws, three of which show loosening (xray). Then, and more difficultly, are there orthopods who will do this in the Twin Cities (MN) area? Please, please do not tell me to check with some. Am worn out by this and one noted surgeon at Twin Cities Orthopedics simply says no one has seen this surgery done in someone, so reversing it is not going to happen.
