Can A Person Suffering From Irritable Bowel Syndrome Without Any Adverse Symptoms Have A Short Life Span If Medications Are Not Taken?

I am suffering from lbbb since 10 years back detected during a routine ecg check up.I feel OK and daily brisk walk for 2 hours without any adverse symptoms.I don t suffer from any other heart or any other ailments. My xray chest is OK, echo shows abnormal septal movement, EF is 65%, angiogram is clear, ETT rating is good.cholesterol and sugar are normal. Sometimes I feel missing heart beats which goes away at its own. This episode occurs seldom say about 4months or so ecg during thise episode indicates sinus arythmiya.My age is 65 and not taking any medicine whatsoever.CAN you Pl advise if I need any medicine for lbbb in the long run? Can my lbbb shorten life span?

First of all, let me convey you that there is totally no connection between the header question and description as the first one is asking for IBS and below there is a narration of left-sided bundle branch block.

Still, I would prefer to comment on the LBBB that

- Silent LBBB without significant clinical symptoms does not pause major detrimental life-threatening events at a short-term period, but over the period of time with compromised cardiac blood supply, it creates a definite risk of other inadvertent events.
