Aloe vera gel is a preparation of the aloe vera plant and does not have any reactions with the medicines you are taking so you can take it.But since it is the matter of heart it is always better to consult your Cardiologist before starting on anything extra although it may be herbal.So just ask your Cardiologist and start the Aloe vera gel'
