I have a painful lump in the crease of my right leg, mid-way up on the bikini line. It is about the size and shape of a nickle, but is not visible and no definitive edges when felt. It is very deep in the muscle. No discomfort when sitting or stretching, just when pressure is applied to the area. I do not know how long it has been there. I only noticed it when a dog jumped on me. I recently (about a month) had an abortion using mifeprex and am unsure if it is a side effect or if I should be concerned for other possible reasons.
