Can A Low Sperm Count Be Treated With Testosterone Injections?
hi dears, i am 33 years old
i have problem of low sprum count i.e 10 ml/l and also low testeron level i.e 270 ng FSH levl 15.92 mIU/ML AND LH 12.22 mIU/ml while testis dupler aultrasound result says normal in testis size i.e right=3.8*1.8 cm and left=3.3*2cm and all other relavents are normal
dr. suggest that testestron injections
any one can help me about that possition .

I have gone through your question.
As your color Doppler Scan is normal then low sperm count may be due to low hormones or hormonal imbalance.
Testosterone has main hormone in spermatogenesis.
So it will surely help in increasing sperm count.
Do the same report after 3 months after taking testosterone injection.
