Can A Large Benign Vertebral Hemangioma At T5 Shrink On Its Own?
MRI findings hemangioma at T5. Question? Can a large benign vertebral hemangioma at T5 shrink on its own? Trying to avoid a non invasive procedure. My daily activities are limited due to the pain. It has been two years now sometimes the pain is better then others. Praying that this type of tumor can shrink on its own without any type of procedures. Thank you for your medical advice. Evelyn
Large lesions may not resolve spontaneously and intervention must be needed. As it is a Hemangioma you can opt for interventional radiologic procedure and open surgery may not be needed.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
