Can A Kidney Infection Cause Migraines, Dizziness And Nausea?

yesterday i went in for an kidney infection and they put me on an IV and put sulfa and also gave me pills to take for 14days and now it hurts even worse. Also my red blood cells are oddly shaped they said and they want further testing. I feel dizzy i can't think straight, i have migraines all the time and nausea. Should i go to the hospital?

urine culture is a basic test to rule out kidney infection.

i advise to go to hospital as your problem getting worse and for further management.
