Can A Jock Itch Cause Burning Sensation And Itching Between The Thighs?

I have an abrasion and it is a burning and itching feeling especially with soap on it and I don’t use any really strong so but it’s between my inner thigh and my testicle on the right and left and I’m wondering if it’s possible that it might be jock itch I’ve never had it before

It can be jock itch.
You can apply topical anti-fungal like Clotrimazole for symptomatic relief.If itching persist, you can consult a dermatologist and get evaluated.
