Can A Head Injury Cause Legs And Arms Tingling?

Hi I am 21 years old.. about 4 days ago I fell backwards and hit my head on my bathtub. The bump has since went down some. But for the past two days I continue to have a tingly sensation through my legs and arms. What is this? And how can I get it to go away?
