Can A Fractured Nose Cause Sleeping Disorder?

Please , Can having a fracture nose cause me sleeping disorders I always feel very tired and just not to long ago had a physical and everything was good . Doctor says I just need to lose weight. But I m always tired and feel drained and wake up all night

Do you have difficulty in breathing after the fracture of nose?
Possibly this can cause trouble sleeping in your case.
Another reason could be your increased weight. Over weight can predispose to sleep apnea.

I would suggest you to go for a 24 hour-eeg.

Drugs like zolpidem (prescription drug) can help to induce sleep.

Fix a sleeping and waking time.

Take green vegetables and fruit juices.

Go for a regular morning walk.

Avoid alcohol tea coffee at bedtime, if you take.
