General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi, welcome to HCM I am Dr Das
First of all, the volume is lower than normal ( minimum volume is 2.ml. )
The most important finding is absence of sperm.
Others are acceptable.
Now, the question is do you have any history of undescended testis or any other disease?
If not then first do a hormonal study, then per recital usg of testis then biopsy if needed.
Lastly, a genetic study of any chromosomal abnormality.
I find this answer helpful
