can a cyst on the ovary cause tail bone pain when I sit and first stand up plus laying down. I also have back pain at different times. I have had 2 c-sections and a partial hysterectomy . 3 months ago I had the left ovary removed due to a large cyst and a small cyst on my right was taken off. The scar tissue made it very difficult for the dr to remove my left ovary and cyst. For 2 months I was pain free and now it is back again. Could it be a cyst is back on the right causing all of this pain?
