MyOne year girl is having E coli infection in her stool.....
ReportSays mucus =+++, blood = nill , pus cells =100 to 120 \hpf veg cells few + ova = unfertilised ova seen

Your child is suffering from acute gastroenteritis. Treatment is antibiotic. There is no contraindication to breastfeeding. So continue it.give lots of water.
