Can A Calculus In The Calyx Be Treated By Medication?

hi I am 33 yrs old I have a 8.0mm sized calculus is seen in the proximal right ureter approximately 2.5cm away from the pelvi -ureteric junction causing mild proximal hydroureter and hypronephrosis. A calculus is seen in the upper pole calyx of right kidney can it cures by medicine

hi dear calculus size matter the most,if its size less than 4mm its easy to remove with medication in your case you take much fluids along with Tab.nospa fort two times per day citrosoda sarchet with half glass of water two times per day if you feel pain you can take any NSaids like ibuprofen 400mg three time a day.if it removed than dont discard it go for chemical analysis of it that which salts and diets you restrict in future to reoccur it again.
