Welcome to Health care magic.

1.An urine pregnancy test after a missed period will give accurate result which accuracy up to 97 %.
2.If you feel previously you had a false positive - you can try for blood BHCG level which will help to detect earlier with level indicating the weeks of pregnancy.
3.Or definitive diagnosis can be done with an ultrasound after 3 weeks which will give evidence of gestational sac and foetal pole.
4.If you had previous pregnancy tubal - i would suggest to get a good followup and needful investigation done as soon as you can.
5.No blood test can not be incorrect. Good luck.

Hope it helps you. Wish you a good health.
