Can Zpac Be Taken In Place Of Augmentin?

I was just prescribed Augmentin for acute bronchitis. I read online that it does not treat viral illnesses. Do you think this is the best anibiotic for me? I was hoping for a Zpac prescription, because my sister also has this and she was given the Zpac and is greatly improved. Thank you.
