Can Xarelto Cause Internal Bleeding?

I am taking Xarelto 20mg anticoagulant daily. I bumped my forehead pretty hard about 6 hours ago. It has produced a lump with a small red spot in the centre. I don t have any usual concussion symptoms but I am concerned about internal bleeding because of the Xarelto. Thanks

Hi.

Dont worry about that, keep a warm pack over the region for today to promote blood circulation. A clot cannot be formed this easily, stay active and stop worrying.
