Can Xanax, Adderall And Seroquel Show False Positive For THC?

I HAVE BI-POLAR DEPRESSION AND TAKE SEROQUEL, XANAX, AND ADDERALL DAILY. I AM A MILITARY COMBAT VETERAN AND I FEEL THAT MY SYMPTOMS ARE WELL CONTROLLED WITH THIS MEDICATION REGIMEN, BUT I TAKE URINE TESTS FOR VETERANS COURT PROBATION AND I FAIL EVERY TEST FOR THC. I HAVE NOT USED MARIJUANA IN OVER THREE MONTHS AND I AM VERY PHYSICALLY FIT. I HAVE TAKEN TOXIN CLEANSING PRODUCTS OVER THE COUNTER AND HAVE NOT INGESTED ANY FOODS WITH MARIJUANA IN THEM. IM BEING HELD BACK BY THESE POSITIVE TESTS FROM GRADUATING THIS VETERANS TREATMENT PROGRAM. IM HAVING TROUBLE UNDERSTANDING WHY THC IS SHOWING UP IN MY SYSTEM AFTER NO USE IN OVER 90 DAYS. COULD ANY OF THESE PRESCRIPTIONS BE CAUSING FALSE POSITIVE RESULTS. PLEASE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS.

I can understand your concern. Seroquel is Quetiapine and the drug is a second generation antipsychotic drug. Xanax is Benzodiazepine drug and Adderall is an amphetamine drug. Out of these drugs in some cases Seroquel has been found to result in false positive tests for THC. Even commonly used pain medicines containing Ibuprofen are known to result in false positive tests for THC. If you are sure that you haven't abused the THC or Marijuana then you can appeal for the test and can present them the prescription of Seroquel. Consult your doctor also before going for appeal.
